Pythagoras Theorem and Converse

Lesson 5 of 6
In a right triangle with legs a,ba, b and hypotenuse cc: c2=a2+b2c^2 = a^2 + b^2. Converse: if in a triangle with sides a,b,ca, b, c we have c2=a2+b2c^2 = a^2 + b^2, then the angle opposite cc is a right angle. Pythagorean triples: (3,4,5),(5,12,13),(8,15,17),(7,24,25)(3,4,5), (5,12,13), (8,15,17), (7,24,25).
