Lessons
3 concepts
  1. 1
    Order & Degree
    Order = highest derivative; degree = power of that highest derivative once radicals are removed.
  2. 2
    Variables Separable
    dydx=f(x)g(y)\dfrac{dy}{dx} = f(x) g(y) ⇒\Rightarrow ∫dyg(y)=∫f(x)dx\int \dfrac{dy}{g(y)} = \int f(x) dx.
  3. 3
    Linear DE
    dydx+Py=Q\dfrac{dy}{dx} + Py = Q: IF =e∫Pdx= e^{\int P dx}; y⋅IF=∫Q⋅IF dx+Cy \cdot \text{IF} = \int Q \cdot \text{IF}\, dx + C.
